Abstract

The relationship between the dimensions of the effective Personality construct grouped around Strongholds of the Self, Demands of the Self, Challenges of the Self and Relationships of the Self , with Burnout syndrome dimensioned in Exhaustion, Depersonalization and Personal Realization educational contexts.

The design is descriptive and inferential cross-sectional with the application of two instruments. 700 non-university teaching teachers participate. Three analyses are practiced: correlal, multiple regression and structural equations. Positive correlations have been found between all dimensions of the Effective Personality construct with Personal Realization, and negative with Emotional Exhaustion and Depersonalization. Relationships confirmed by regression and causality analyses in structural equations.
